Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to assist our Business Development team in their efforts to grow the company. We need someone who understands federal government contracting and can join our team to use business intelligence tools to analyze, track, and prioritize opportunities, as well as documenting relevant status and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Development team executives to understand the market and opportunity priorities and develop applicable dashboard and status reports
• Work collaboratively across each of Pantheon Data's markets to track opportunities and information pertaining to each customer segment
• Develop processes for maintenance of market focused dashboards and opportunities trackers
• Conduct daily market research, update dashboards, and support customer outreach to identify and qualify possible bid opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (Business or Finance) and/or relevant work experience
• Advanced Microsoft suite experience (Word, Excel)
• Experience Major re-competes, incumbent capture, set-aside, full and open, sole source, etc.
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and highly effective interpersonal skills with leaders at all levels both internal and external, industry and government
• Must demonstrate initiative on independent data research projects/tasks
• Must demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel
• Highly qualified candidates will
  • demonstrate knowledge of Federal Civilian and DoD Contracting marketplace
  • demonstrate strong command of data sources such as USA Spend.gov, FPDS, etc. and other tools such as GovWin, Bloomberg, etc. for research and analysis purposes
  • show understanding or have experience in all types of government contracts (firm-fixed price, T&M, cost-plus, etc.) and demonstrate experience across all BD or Capture strategies

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Past experience that demonstrates the ability to contribute to fast-paced business leadership teams
• Experience with Shipley or similar business development process for opportunity Identification, Qualification, and Bid

Clearance Requirements

This role requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Work Location

Leesburg Virginia/Hybrid (Primarily remote but with ability to meet in our Leesburg Virginia office or other locations in the D.C. metro area as needed)
