Position Overview:
The Kenific Group is seeking a Program Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) to plan and support complex problem areas of the project. The Program Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for investigating or identifying business, scientific, technology, engineering, operational, professional, and/or policy issues and conducting analysis of these issues. Will provide advice in support of major programs/projects. The ideal candidate will maintain expertise in various systems and organizational policies to inform and guide program management decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and directs data consolidation from various financial software/tools to establish and maintain reliable and customized internal funds tracking for the program.
- Works closely with various financial departments to remain acquainted with various organization financial policies and processes, including budgeting, funds management, and capitalization; ensures that the program carries out functions in accordance with all guidelines.
- Oversight of financial movement requests by analysts and reporting of activity/updates to program management.
- Assist with developing and maintaining the programs Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) through collaboration with scheduling personnel and attendance of periodic meetings.
- Integrates project financial, scheduling, and risk data to provide program management with insight into best COAs and strategies for project execution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Program Analyst experience.
- Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use.
- Experience working in a federal government environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a related field such as Business Administration or Management or equivalent work experience
Clearance Requirements:
- US. citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
