Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with our HR and Recruiting team to support various aspects of talent acquisition activities.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to identify and interview candidates based on client hiring needs.
  • Learn to conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and skills.
  • Learn to talk through compensation, benefit, and workforce solutions with consultants and clients.
  • Showcase your ability to learn, implement feedback, and take direction.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Prepare interview materials and assist in conducting in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
