Position Overview:

Pantheon Data is seeking a full-time early career Training and Operations Specialist. In this role, you will write and monitor department training plans and requirements through completion. You will support the development and execution of online department meetings utilizing Microsoft Teams. You will develop Microsoft PowerPoint decks and participate in planning meetings as required to support the Defense Health Agency. Candidates will collaborate across various organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate and submit Weekly Updates
• Coordinate, consolidate, and publish Monthly Updates
• Monitor and report monthly personnel training status
• Collects, tracks, coordinates related work, updates, and closes out action items
• Create products using Microsoft Suite as required
• Participate planning sessions and develop operational products to include but not limited to: strategic planning, vision, and data synthesis
• Maintain a training plan dashboard and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient is Microsoft Suite i.e. PowerPoint and Excel
• Critical and creative thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work equally well on a self-paced basis as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
• Initiative
• Assertiveness
• Strong Communications Skills: written and verbal

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Preferred Experience working with DoD, specifically DHA

Work Location:

• Hybrid (San Antonio, TX)

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of Degree.

Clearance Requirements:

• Public trust or must be able to obtain a public trust
• S. citizenship required.
